Hi! I would like to ask you guys about my case, i came here in canada as a single mom with my child and the last name of my child is under my name .. Next year im gonna get married to his father and i will sponsor him to come here in canada .. Is there a possibility that i will have a problem to his papers and his son?

Did you live together with the father before you came to Canada as a PR? If so - how long?
How did you get PR? Did you declare the father of your child as a dependent in the PR application?
Well on his birth certificate we never put the name of his father. But they ask me on the immigration who is the father of the child i told the real name of his father
As you were common-law with your partner, you did not qualify as a dependent and did not qualify to be sponsored or included in your father's app. That was misrepresentation.
Your spouse is forever excluded from the Family Class. He can never be sponsored.
But were getting married, there is still no possibility that i can sponsored him after we got married?
No. You were common-law and obtained your PR status by misrepresentation. You cannot sponsor him.
