Hie Everyone!!
I am getting married in sep 2019 and after that my husband will sponsor me for PR under spousal sponsorship category. He holds a PR from 2016.While my application is in process, can he travel outside Canada for 20 days??
Different people are giving different answers.IS anybody sure about what the actual scene is? please no guess work as I am already very confused.

It is pushing it. There are no formal rules it is up to the case officer. Technically you are supposed to remain in Canada the whole time so any extra travel is always a risk. In general 2-3 weeks seems to be overlooked but there are never any guarantees.
