I am new to the forum. I am currently in process of sponsoring my spouse for PR. I have gone through the forums and other guides, and just getting more confused. I would really appreciate it if someone could help me out.
I am a canadian citizen and my husband is Indian. We both currently work in the US (H1B and i am on TN). My question is (1) Do i apply from US (as US being country of residence)? (2) financial information - according to the guides/forum, financial proof is not necessary when sponsoring a spouse. But since neither of us work in canada, how can we show proof of finance? I have family member who can support us while we get settled in canada.
