Hello Sir,

I am on a student Visa here in canada and my fiance hold his PR card. We are planning to get married this year. Can you please advise how much time it will take for my PR application to be processed as his spouse (if he applies to sponsor me)?

That depends on where you will opt to have your application processed. Since you were admitted on a student visa, you could opt for Buffalo, USA to process your application (11 months average timeline) or the visa office responsible for persons of your nationality. Be advised that if you choose Buffalo and you are called for an interview, you will be required to go to the US for it.
