Hi Everyone,
Concerning my application documents, I will have our marriage certificate and her birth certificate, police certificate, internal Russian passport (identification) and international passport to accompany the application. Only some of these documents require translation and certification though.
My question is does this need to be done in Canada from a certified translator or can it be completed in Russia by a notary?
