Spouse sponsorship proof of funds

Hey everyone!
My husband is a farmer, self-employed, farm is not registered as a business. What kind of paperwork do we need to submit to prove we have sustainable funds to sponsor me? We have tax notice of assessment, but they want two pieces and he obviously doesn't have an employer, or regular hours and even wages.
