Following to completion of application process, I received my CoPR together with entry visa stamped on my passport on 28-11-2019. My husband arrived in Sri Lanka on 18-12-2019 to accompany me to Canada to continue our family life in Canada. We were supposed to arrive in Canada 09-02-2020. I had so much expectations to start our family life in Canada with my husband. However unexpectedly my husband disclosed to me that he suffer with a STI. He had never mentioned this to me before and due to this break of trust and risk on my health I decided to separate from him. Luckily I stay uninfected as per medical test we did after getting to know this fact. This has been a major mental harassment to me.

He has now left me with nothing after been extremely unfair to me. I am afraid now my PR granted will be cancelled as well as I haven’t landed in Canada yet.

how should i inform this to iRCc and will any sympathy be grated in this case and not cancell my CoPR allowing me to land in Canada?

can i land in another province except what is mentioned as landing destination on my CoPR?

i am sorry you are going thru this. As for landing in another province other than mentionned, you can land anywhere but Quebec.
With regards to your first question, honesty is the best policy..
good luck

Your COPR is based on being in a relationship with your husband. If you have seperated, you no longer meet these requirements and using the COPR to land in Canada and become a PR is misrepresentation. It's quite possible your husband has already canceled your COPR. This is quite easy to do with a simple email (and also his right to do).

If you try to use the COPR to land, it's quite possible you'll find it has already been canceled. If you are successful in landing, you will be committing misrepresentation which could in the future result in your PR status being revoked if IRCC finds out (i.e. if you ex husband tells them).

Your COPR was granted solely based on the fact that you are in a relationship with your husband. IRCC will not bend these rules. If you are no longer in a relationship with your husband, you don't meet the requirements for sponsorship.

If you still wish to immigrate to Canada, you will need to look into qualifying on your own through an economic immigration stream like Express Entry.
