hello, i have a question, i am sponsoring my wife from lebanon we already received a letter from cic informing us that i am eligible to sponsor my wife and to submit the file demande d'engagement to quebec in order to obtain the csq we already did, so the question is: when quebec agrees to the sponsorship and we receive the csq does that mean that my wife can come to canada?? and i heard that some people waited only like 3 months and they got the visa what's the minimum time required for the processing?
