Your full name written in your native language
does that mean the name before marriage or after. :-X

It means write your full name as you go by on your passport according to the language of your country. I believe they give you some examples, i.e. Arabic, Chinese, etc. If it's in symbols, for example. Mine is only English with no other way to spell it so I just re-wrote my whole name first to last in English.

i took this part to a transaltor and he charged me only 10 bucks to write names in native language
