Pls help
I was a PR in 2004-05. I was the Principal Applicant. Because of family compulsion I had to come back to India. I applied for a PRTD in 2010 and was granted on humanitarian ground. However, unfortunately, I again had to come back. The reason was genuine (ill health of close family member). When that got sorted out, I again applied for PRTD and was refused. CHC told me to appeal. My husband (Canadian citizen) lives in Canada (all these years) and we have started sponsorship process. My minor children are also Canadian citizens and live with me in India. We have no criminal background. Everything clean.
My question is, can the PRTD refusal affect my case in spousal sponsorship?

No - the PRTD refusal should not affect your spousal sponsorship case.

Thanks a lot Scylla.
I have one more question. The Background Declaration form (5669) has a series of question regarding my background.Like, have u been convicted, refused PR visa etc? The question number 6 e is HAVE YOU BEEN REFUSED ADMISSION TO OR ORDERED TO LEAVE CANADA OR ANY OTHER COUNTRY? Now, what should I write here? Yes or No?
