Hello everyone/
Could someone help me out in spousal sponsorship application? My husband lived in US illegally for 9 years. He has been back to India Last year for our wedding. He applied for refugee status but got refused. Again, he started an appeal but didn't get an answer in these years.
what should I write in his Generic form-status?
Another lot of questions they ask in Schedule A
Did anyone has ever completed this type of application?

You complete it by being honest. He needs to declare his illegal status and refugee app.
