Hi. I have a question. What is the procedure for an age gap and divorced spouse sponsership. Please help me to answer with this question.

The process is exactly the same as a regular spousal sponsorship; you will need to disclose the divorce and previous marriage, and upload the divorce papers, but besides that, there's nothing special.

What do you mean by age gap?

Don't really understand the question. There is no special 'procedure' as such, like any common law / married situation, you will need to provide evidence to show the relationship is genuine. Sure, a large age gap is a 'red flag / warning' to CIC, but not at all insurmountable.

I have a 13 year age difference from my younger wife and we were both divorced before marrying. I had no 'procedure' and clearly managed to demonstrate a genuine relationship as we had no additional questions after our pack was submitted to approval, so it can be done. CIC are not there to sit in judgement on what is 'normal' and / or 'moral' or whether or not a particular relationship choice is a great one, they merely want to be sure that the relationship is GENUINE and not purely to gain immigration.

Where are you both from? What are your ages and who is older, husband or wife? Any children? What is the relationship history?
