i would put all: the 2 months, the one week and than the other week....they don't give u so many boxes for nothing...they see u don't apply as common-law but still it is temporary living together...if they don't think like this, then they will just not consider it; of course u will mention in the letters more details
 
As far as I know it is not considered living together...u r only visiting the other person...Living together means ur moving ur residential address ..etcto the other location. Trust me..I hv visited my husband so many times and stayed at his house..I was confused as well...and I was advised well experienced people that I was not living together with my husband....I was only visiting him.

This is why people attach additional explanation to make it clear where and how long the couple have spent time together/or stayed at the same place.

u can't literely take the meaning of 'living together' out of it...
