And medical and biometrics status has been updated in my portal within a week and its been month i haven't heard anything from ircc

What is a spouse visa? Are you being sponsored by your spouse for PR? Or applying for a TRV or SOWP?

Pretty normal, after doing medical and biometrics is the longest period with no communication. It can easily be six months, even 11 or 12, and still be in normal range.

Agree with others. Medical and biometrics are done quickly initially and then things like background checks take 6+ months with no communication. as long as your application has a similar timeline to others which it does, don”t worry. This is a long process.
