I’ve received my PR card and after that I’ve got married. Can some tell me where I should be declaring my marital status? So that I can apply his PR as well.

You dont need to deckare anything. You now need to apply for spousal spobsorship for your husband. Suggest you post in the correct forum here - family sponsorship.
