Spouse PR Application

My wife is canadian permanent resident and she already applied for her parent super visa last month - July. can still she sponsor me as spouse for PR ? does it make any difference for sponsoring parent and spouse simultaneously? is any chance to get rejected visa in any case?

Yup, she should be able to sponsor both of you.
