Dear All,
Can we claim spouse's points of education and experience in EE without IELTS.

FURTHERMORE, When we creating a profile work history of spouse should be be mentioned or not without IELTS.

Thanks

Regards,

IELTS, Education, Experience are independent categories.
IELTS is only for language points.
Spouse points for education and experience can be used without IELTS.

IELTS needed if you're claiming language points. If you're claiming education points you need an ECA. Spouse's (I am assuming secondary applicant) Canadian work experience only gets you points, not their foreign work experience. See here http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/express-entry/grid-crs.asp

Hi,
My ques to you is.
That I am not married yet but I will be by by 2016 mid.
As my fiance has applied for EE with 435 points and as a single applicant can she claim my points afterwards? Or she can simply update her profile fro Unmarried to married and then after ITA I will also get a PR?
I am a bit confused on this part as my experience is 3 years and hers is 5 both are ECA's are the same - 4 years of Canadian Bachelors.
even if I give my IELTS can its upto us to claim those points or not? Is it?
She is at 435, by what how many point will it affect her profile?
Please guide.
Many thanks.
