My common law applied for his visa and school permit through cic to start school at smu in January. He also applied for an open work permit for me. However today we received email that his permit and visa is approved however my openwork permit refused. I am already a holder of a TRV, I didn't have to apply for a visa
Reasons : I don't show that I have strong ties in Canada or at resident country.
What do you recommend? Or have anyonr else experience this.
We thought about I leavimg with him for school and then reapply within nova scotia after a few weeks of arrival for the open work permit again?
