spouse or common-law partner sponsorship

Hey Altruist,

We (Me and my GF) are from Bangladesh. Currently, we are doing PhD in S.Korea for 1.5 year. My GF got PhD position in Canada and moving soon. My following queries are -

Q1: Before her moving to Canada. If we get marry here in korea, is that ok for processing further spouse or common-law partner Sponsorship? As our parents won't be here.

Q2: After applying how long does it take to approve VISA?

Q3: Any other suggestions ??
