I am sponsoring my wife within Canada. She got an open work permit two days ago. we are planning to go for a two weeks vacation. Is she allowed to leave Canada and come back?
There is never a guarantee she will be allowed back into Canada when you return (the open work permit doesn't guarantee re-entry). You should avoid travel outside of Canada as much as possible while the inland application is in progress.
