Hi,
My husband got refusals twice, I came in Canada in May 2017 and I got married in January 2018. My spouse applied file for SWOP on 15th March 2018 and he got refusal on May 21, 2018, reason was newly married and he will not leave country (Canada) end of his stay .
After that I applied visitor for him in September 2018 on my convocation Ceremony and again he got refusal again, the reason was same that he will not leave Canada end of his stay, family ties in Canada and country of residence.
The main question I want to ask that my two years study has been completed and my work permit is under process and hope so I will get my work permit in November. Can I apply again for my husband in December 2018 or if I can apply then, should I need to apply visitor visa for him (because mine and his birthday and our marriage anniversary is in January,) or should I have to apply open work permit for him? Please suggest me
Thanks,
