Hi all,
I am starting a 10 month full-time diploma in June 2018 and my wife would like to come with me to Vancouver, hopefully with an Open Work Permit. I have been told that she would not be elegible for it, as the course I´m starting is a Diploma and not a Bachelors or a Masters degree. The school is a Designated Learning Insitutution. We are both from Madrid, Spain.
I would really appreciate if anyone could shed some light on the matter.
