Hello Everyone. I've been wanting to re-enter in Canada, however I don't know what's the best and easiest option. My boyfriend and I hold a Student Permit Visa(CoOp program), however mine got expired Mar 21 2019 and applied for visitor record Mar 10 2019. I got approved by April 27 2019 period of 1 month only, however I exited Canada April 24. Reason why we went back to home country is we got married. Now, his visa is still valid until Sept 2019, and planning to enroll to a school that is eligible for PGWP. Please give me the best option, if I will apply for TRV or OWP. Thank you for your time.

P.S. I have my LMIA on processing. (Position Receptionist in Vancouver)

If he's not studying, he will need to be on an approved leave or his visa is no longer valid.

Hello, he’s working w/ his student permit extension. I’m wondering when could I start my SOWP? As I heard, I will lodge my application a month after his class started?
