Spouse name endorsed in passport after divorce

Hello people

I divorced my wife a couple of years ago and I have all the legal documents as a proof.

I haven't removed her name from my passport as of yet. Will this create any problems while filing my application or visa processing.

I don't intend to misrepresent anything. Will submit all the necessary legal documents if asked.
