Hi guys,

I'm applying under CEC category NOC A. All other requirements are satisfied. Today my wife gets her CELPIP score: L 11, R 12, W 8, and S 6.
Is her score satisfactory? I need pass CLB 7 in four sections to be eligible, does my wife also need CLB 7 in four parts? :(

Thank you very much.

Is not mandatory for her to achieve at least clb 7 in all bands, but probably you will not get a good amount of point from that skill (speaking). As long as you (the main applicant) have at least CLB 7 in all bands, your application is fine.

Yeah, the point for Speaking 6 is just one. So you mean even though her speaking is below CLB 7, we can still collect some points from her language part. Right?
We're really worried that her score is not satisfactory and we get zero point it. It would be great if we can get something.

I updated my CIC profile today, but no change in the total score yet. Maybe we need to wait for 24 hours. Finger crossed!

You can calculate it yourself by looking at the scoring system here:

To me it looks like you will get 14 points for her CELPIP scores.

And yes, you need to give it 24 hours to update : )
