I am a Canadian citizen working outside Canada and my wife also live with me.She is on PR.
My question is that is her days count for citizenship or not as she lived with me outside Canada.

No they do NOT count towards citizenship qualifying. That requires physical presence in Canada.

Time will only count to meeting the PR Residency Obligation.
