Does the following score will help in securing the 5 points under "CRS - Spouse - First Official Language Proficiency" ?

IELTS General Testing:

L: 4.5 (CLB 4)
R: 4.0 (CLB 5)
S: 6.0 (CLB 7)
W: 5.0 (CLB 5)

and how long they take to update the score by adding these 5 points (if applicable)? Thanks in advance.
