Spouse Ielts for FSW & removoing relative after ITA?

Hi, Guys i received the PNP now i am waiting for ITA but i have once concern.
As IRCC need proof to show relative by documents in order to approve the 5 points of eligibility for FSW.
I have my uncle PR card only its hard to obtain Birth certificate for him or my father as he is passed away.
If i receive ITA based on relative and and add my spouse IELTS result after ITA which is expected within 2 week will it be a issue?

in simple word can we change the fsw proof after ITA.
i want to replace my relative points to spouse IELTS.

No - I don't believe it's possible to replace relatives points with spouse IELTS points. If your points drop below the ITA cut off without the relative points, then I believe you will need to decline the ITA. You should ask this question in the Express Entry section of the forum.
