Spouse forms

Hello,

I submitted my express entry profile and was picked in the express entry. I got married after that and declared this to the CIC. They have got back to me and asked me to submit few forms to them about my spouse. How do I upload these forms? It says that I need to upload them to my CIC account, but where do I go to upload them?
