Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Hi all,

I have a question about the spouse employment records.

My wife has worked for 3 different companies during the time she accompany my study in Canada. All those work experience were legal but not recognized for CRS scores.
I don't want to provide these letters as some of the company would not co-operate for writing such letters.

Now my questions is: how do I avoid providing these letters as I don't claim points for those work experience.

Thanks!

I have a similar case, I have mentioned my spouse's history in the personal history records but kept work history blank.

I hope that would work. Actually, I did keep the work history blank at the beginning until someone suggest to report the work history honestly. It seems not a good idea to do so. So confusing for this system, since I don't claim the points and I want to be honest, why should I provide those documents that are unnecessary.

Does anyone else have similar situation and how did you do?

If you are reluctant in not keeping the work history blank, include it, and you will be prompted to upload the proofs, here you can attach whatever proofs you have along with a letter of explanation.

Doesn't matter to the application so you are being honest by not including something which doesn't get you points. Think about it - you might have spent considerable time acquiring some professional certifications but you don't provide any information on those as it doesn't add points or make any difference to your application. Plus you're mentioning this in Personal history so you aren't hiding anything after all.

If you're still unconvinced, add whatever documents you have to the application. The officer will summarily ignore these documents and award you no points for that section.
