No, sorry he can't.

The only way your spouse could add to your points tally is by getting at least CLB level 4 score in the IELTS test (or French if applicable).

Is education requirement compulsory???????????

Hi everyone,
Please kindly advice me regarding this matter, I have 4 years work experience as an early childhood educator. but I don't have a Bachelors degree in education.(which is required education qualification in NOC) I have completed Bachelors degree in International Relations. Can I still apply as an early childhood educator?
Thank you.

Yes, the education does not necessarily have to be in the same occupation for FSW purposes. It might affect your job prospects later, but it is perfectly alright for FSW.
