While creating my EE I did not put spouse education details as I didn't need the points.
Now while submitting my eAPR, should I include the details in Education section of spouse with no to ECA or leave it out completely.

If i add the education details now, a education placeholder is generated for her education documents. I don't have her ECA and her degree (only have the three years mark sheets), now in this situation what documents to upload.

Secondly

If I leave her education out completely, two scenarios arise:

1. Will CIC count this as misrepresentation (since she is a graduate)
2. Were will I upload her IELTS test score results (since i have claimed points for language)

Please share your experiences and thoughts as I am running short of time for eAPR.

All suggestions are welcome.

1 - Leave it out, including a degree without ECA is a valuable as uploading a blank paper as proof of education.
2 - Not misrepresentation as long as it is mentioned in the personal history section.
3 - LOE placeholder.

Thanks so much for your reply, this is very helpful and clears a lot of doubts. One thing regarding the Digital photo upload, I am not getting the requirement on CIC website wherein it asks for some details to be mentioned on the back side of the photo, I suppose we only have to upload the front portion then why is the latter necessary?

It is not necessary or required at all, stick to the guidelines in the document checklist regarding the digital photo.

Thanks,

One last question, i understand that we have tell CIC if we have a large credit in our acc in six months:

My question is: I sold my equity shares and the money was realized in my account, no cash was deposited. So do I need to mention such transactions through a LOE, our CIC can figure that out from the six month bank stataements

If I were you I would provide proof (if any) of the time where you sold those shares.

I don't know how it is shown in your bank statement but if it's shown simply as a lump sum amount you'd have to explain the source of those funds.
