Hello Everyone,
My Cousin brother got Married in Pakistan 4 months ago and applied for PR for hs wife.
He also received a letter from CIC that he meets the eligibility requirements and the file will be sent to Islamabada - Pakistan.
With sadness last week my cousin brother died and funeral took the very next day and his wife could not come as normally the funeral
services are done quick...his wifes father in law wants to call his sons wife on TRV so as she can do all the religious ceremonies from wifes part.
Mat I request anyone who can give us guidance as what to do...wifes father In Law in Canada is willing to write Invitation Letter, enclose death certificate but my cousins wife is not working and has no travel history just wandering how can we make sure that we apply for TRV and hope she can come to Canada to finalize all the Religious Ceremonies.
