Spouse dependent visa

Hi Guys

Currently i have a post graduate work permit with a job in NOC B as a Graphic Designer and i would like to apply dependent visa for my wife. My wife is also rejected before 6 months ago for visitor visa.

Please let me know what will be the procedure?
What documents required?
Do i need any specific reason?
Is there is any chances to get visa?

I Heard that Dpendent visa for spouse is easily way to get visa?
