Spouse dependent visa

Hi,

I am planning to bring my wife on dependent visa.

My work permit is untill Jan 31st, 2014. And my visa expires OCT11th, 2013,

Am i allowed to apply for depedent visa for my wife with above details ?

If i want to apply depedent visa for my wife, what is the process ?

And, first if i apply for renewal of my work permit say untill dec 31st, 2014, is this document enough for my wife's dependent visa or do i need renew my canadian visa for my wife's workpermit
