Hi,
On the family section of the express entry application form, it asks how many family members I have? Should I include my husbands' child as a dependent in the number? We don't have a child as yet. Should I enter 2 or 3 family members?

If the child is below 22 years old, and the other parent doesn't have court ordered, sole, exclusive, custody, yes.

You need to include the child.

Even if the other parent has sole custody, the child must still be declared.
