I am currrently doing my Medical and had recived AOR(AINP US VISA) and request to pay PRFees few weeks back. REcently my spouse who is also working in US decided to extend her H1B with after marriage names changing her Middle name and last name, now since her H1B was approved we are making change all over like passport, Visa, licence etc.
My problem is all our AINP and CIC appliacation is using wifes before marriage middle and last name and when CICI ask her passport for PR stamp it will be having new middle name and last name.
My question is:
Is this a problem even though we have marriage certificate.
What is the procedure to change middle and last name.
will this slow down my PR process which is gaining good momentum.
if change is required waht will be be best time to do is it after medical documents are received and updated by CIC or have change together, i just dont want them to have confusion.
