Spouse Canadian work experience to include in EE profile or Personal History?

Hi, I have a question to the experts here! My spouse has had 4 different jobs in the past three and half years and none of them fetched us any points. So, my question is should I still include it in the EE profile or can I just simply after receiving ITA can I include it into the personal history?
