My name is jas I am fillin. Forms for spouse visa for my spose

I have a problem here.
When i finish fillin forms. N try to activate them it says. U must need your last name. To activate form

My full name is jasvir. No family or last name on my passport. So. I hve no last name.


So wat I hve to write. Can I write n/a. On last name n activate the forms. Thanks

So, in your Passport your name is only: Jasvir?

It seems like you have gone through immigration process for canada in other category before. What did you use then as your last name?
