Spouse Application - Pregnancy Post Completion of Application

Hey, what happens if my spouse becomes pregnant after we've submitted her paperwork?

We live in the UK. My spouse is a Greek national. I am a Canadian citizen.

If she didn't already do the medical, it's recommended the x-ray portion not be done while pregnant. So at some point in processing the app would basically go on hold, wait until she delivers, then does the x-ray and completes the application.

Other than medical there is no need to inform visa office about pregnancy. Once the baby is born and assuming you can pass citizenship on to them, it's a very minor step to add baby as another family member.
