I am creating this thread for all the applications in Feb 2019.

I am a Canadian PR holder applied my wife's application. our application was received on 7th Feb 2019.

I applied in dec 2018 for my husband in Jamaica my app was returned Feb 18th a doc sent back the 19th received 22nd got my got my uci email the 28th of march. Just waiting to see what's next.
