Hi, i received the letter from CIC that in 7 days me and my spouse have to refill 5669 background declaration form, i was wondering that principal applicant address is of nova scotia as she is working in nova scotia, spouse address is ontario as he is working in ontario so it this as mistake or not, should i put the same address as residential address but another thought in my mind that he works in Brampton, onatrio, than we have to fill that info too, he works in ontario..... what should i do ? Can anyone help?
spouse address should be same as principal applicant or Not ?
