Spouse addition after ITA

Hello All,

My wife has received ITA yesterday for her express entry profile, her profile was only with her details, now while completing the profile can she add my details also in the profile and gets a family PR for us or only she can proceed with this ITA. Please provide comments.

She can add you to the application at this stage but it would lead to a change in the CRS score. Your new CRS should be above the cut-off for the draw (475).

ok thanks for your response. Adding mine will reduce the score from 475, so its not possible i feel.

The CRS is not calculated when spouse is added to the application after AOR. However, in those cases, the marriage should happen after AOR too. Unfortunately, in your case, this is not the case. You can decline the ITA and wait for subsequent rounds, it is hard to know how much the score will drop this year though.

Hello everyone!!!!

I am new to this Canada forum.
I really need your help guys!!!

I got my invitation to apply for Canada 1 month back as a single applicant!!!

Now I am planning for marriage!!!

My combined score with my to be spouse will be 8 points more than the round of invitation in which I got invitation!!!!


Do I have decline the invitation?

Or

Can I add my spouse directly into my profile by informing IRCC?

IMM5669

Can anyone guide me?
