Please advise !!

I used to work in noc b job and applied to my spouse’s owp based on that 6 months back. Now i have been laid off from my job and my wife’s owp application still in progress.

In this scenario, do I need to have a skilled job again in order to succeed the owp process? Or if i dont get another one, will there be refusal ?

Getting a job within short time is not easy. It would not be a problem if the owp processing time had been less.

Please help !

Wait to see if approved or not. In the meantime, you try and find a NOC B job. If her SOWP is refused then maybe you will have a NOC B job and can reapply.
