Hello,

I happen to be on a PGWP, I have a full-time job since 1 year in NOC B and my term is valid for more than a year. My wife applied for a spousal open work permit which got refused after 3 months of wait.
The reason for refusal:

1) You have not satisfied me that you would leave Canada at the end of the period authorized for your stay.
In reaching this decision, I considered several factors, including:
a)current employment situation
b)personal assets and financial status

2)Insufficient documentation to support your relationship.

We provided all the documents listed on the checklist, my PGWP, Marriage certificate, my 3-month Salary slips, Letter of employment from my employer stating that I make more than 55k a year, a letter from my spouse explaining why she needs this visa and her travel history ( including 3 visits to Canada as a student and tourist and 3 to the USA, she never overstayed)

Please advise what have we missed, she has a tourist visa already so now I invited her to Canada, she will apply from within Canada now. Before we start the work permit application, I will also start my Express entry PR application, Please advise what should we attach next time when we apply.
