Spousal withdrawn questions

I spoused ex husband and withdraw the spousal after our relationship broken.

Since we apply the spousal through the agency, i had to asked them to withdraw my spousal.

About 10days later, the agency sent me the captured image saying the application was withdrawn, but I haven’t got any details of it yet. Specially the government fee refund as well. ( it has been almost 5months since then)

The applicant was ex husband. Is it normal? Or what if he got the PR ?

Had he landed in Canada as PR or where was he in the process? If you got a note that application was withdrawn then ex would not have gotten PR. Confirm with agency and call IRCC. As for refund, ask IRCC as depending where you were in the process you might not get all your fees. Did you apply for a refund?
