Spousal visa sponsorship [OUTLAND APPLICANTS]

Hello,

I have applied for my spouse's PR application via mail [Canada Post], delivered 06 Dec 2021. I haven't heard anything from IRCC for AOR. I am wondering is there any other way to check what happened with my application package, is it lost or what?

I have also raised a web form to IRCC but no response on that front too.
