Spousal visa / open work permit

Hello ,
i am currently studying in Canada at Peterborough province . I landed here in august and my classes were from September . I want to call my spouse who is India. could you please help me with this.

Peterborough is a city. Spouses of international student are not guaranteed a visa/permit but you can apply for an OWP for your spouse (otherwise known as SOWP).
