My husband had a sputum test on November 28 and his results after 3 months they gave was negative.. and then he had to do a re xray and see an TB specialist.. which he saw on Feb 26 but then the doc gave a ct scan so he did that and got the results which stated Mediastinal lymphadenopathy which is why the doc gave another test (CT guided FNAC of eularged Lympr node)
And now he’s scared he has no physical issue .. just not sure what to do next or what’ll happen ! If anyone can guide us that’d be great ..

His eligibility and biometrics is marked as completed but medical we’ve been stuck since. November .. also wanted to mention we got the pre arrival letter 3 days ago .. but now just waiting ..
please help us out .. thank u

It’s not stuck. The CT scan results are waiting to be reviewed by IRCC. That can take 1-2 months. His lung irregularities have lead to a longer medical. That is not uncommon when potential TB needs to be ruled out on top of other lung issues. Pre-arrival means nothing. Wish they would change the name since people assume receiving it means they are at the end of the process. Can be sent at any time during PR process.

Not to discourage you or anything, but I personally know someone with lung irregularities (PA) who had to wait several months (like 10 months +) for an update. She finally got her PR, though. Of course, her case alone doesn't mean everyone's experience will be the same—I just wanted to share.
