We just got married and we are starting to gather documents for the spousal visa application. For the pictures printed in a 3r size. Do we need to put at the back of the photo the specific date when it was taken (like for example: May 31,2018) or month and year would be fine. Thank you and i appreciate any tips you can share with us.

For each photo, add the date (month and year fine), where it was taken, and who the people in the photo are, perhaps some context. Personally, I put mine into a Word document, two photos to a page with a caption and details for each photo.

For example:

May 2018 - Holiday in Sardinia - The main square in Sardinia Town - Me and my spouse with my sister (Jane Doe) and her husband (John Doe).

Thank you so much Hurlabrick! Great help. How about our wedding photos? Do I need to put who's in it?

In addition.........Refer......spousal sponsorship checklist...........

Photos of your wedding, customary celebrations, engagement, and/or outings. Provide a maximum of 20 photographs to support your relationship (taken at different times and places). Please write your name and date of birth on the back of each photo and provide a brief description of the context on the back of each photograph

Hi,
Looks like you have all the info required in the above posts. I did the same as per the checklist and similar to posts above and have had no issues with approval of proof of relationship! Good Luck

Yes, definitely. Unlikely you will have a problem, but who the other people are, their names and relationship to you or your spouse may be useful - the more friends and relatives the better.
